You've Got To Be Kidding Me

My local forecast:

Tomorrow night: Rain and snow in the evening, becoming all snow late. Low 27F. Winds NNE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precip 90%.

Saturday: Snow showers in the morning. Highs in the mid 30s and lows in the low 20s.

Just asking: What's a "snow shower"? I assume it will be raining snow? Like snow so fast and so much that it looks like rain?

Lurker coming out of hiding. : )

Sounds exactly like our forecast here. Except this morning they were saying drizzle today. Imagine my surprise when I went outside to start my car and saw SNOW coming down! I've had enough with the nasty weather, I want sunshine!!

A snow shower is just like a rain shower only snow. Or were you just being facetious?

I love snow! Bring it on baby!

Oh man, glad y'all are okay. It's bad enough Oklahoma gets all the tornadoes, but raging ice storms too!! (Did I tell you my mama and all my maternal family is from Oklahoma? No? I'm one of the few native Texans!)

I've never even SEEN snow and that's fine by me. I haven't even worn a sweater yet this year.

Sucks to be you :-) Hang in there.
