I got a little inside info from Bill at ebates, who told me:
As you know, every year we double Cash Back on the big shopping days, and this year it’s no different; we’ll be doubling Cash Back at 400 of our best and most popular merchants. One merchant will even be bumping their Cash Back all the way up to 40%.
