Local Gals- if you could use a Britax Marathon that doesn't expire until Feb 2010, let me know and it's yours.
The cover needs a little washing and some new elastic around the perimeter, but if you are handy with a sewing machine you'd at least get 6 month's use out of it before it expires.
It was used by both our children exclusively in our vehicle and was never in an accident, not even a fender bender.

Girl, I'm so glad that P didn't get into anymore trouble over the Tooty Ta! We didn't know what it was, either, until BLM won Student of the Week last week and they played it at her assembly. LLM had been singing it for a month and we had no cluE!

It didn't really occur to me til I was having a talk with moms about length of time btwn kids... and as long as we're waiting between #1 and #3... our car seats will be expiring! (But maybe by then we'll be out of the recession?) :)
