So on bbc recommendation a while back I had signed up but almost every purchase I had to email them to get my credit and I finally got so tired of it I just stopped using them. Am I the only one who had that problem? I emailed and never got an answer why I wasn't receiving my credit. Just wondering since I agree you ARE a great resource!!!

Jeni, I have had to email them a few times, and once during the busy Christmas season, I had to email them twice to get a response. But other than that, I have had fabulous experience. Give them a try again!
