Starbucks Craving

Today I am craving Starbucks, and I may try something different than my usual "Short Non-Fat White Hot Chocolate, No Whip" (180 calories, 3 grams fat, 4 WW points).

I may try a Short Non-Fat Peppermint Hot Chocolate, No Whip. (170 calories, 2 grams fat, 1 gram fiber, 3 WW points).

While we are talking about yummy holiday drinks, Hungry Girl says to stay away from the Salted Caramel Signature Hot Chocolate. A Short Non-Fat Salted Caramel Signature Hot Chocolate, No Whip is 6 points (270 calories, 10 grams fat, 3 fiber).

Oh, and here is where I figure WW points.

What's you favorite Starbucks drink, and is it worth the points?

I just posted that I got hot chocolate today! I did not realize I could order it with peppermint.. yummy. I am glad I have been afraid to try the signature one, even with baby in tow.

Grande non-fat vanilla latte EVERY.SINGLE.DAY, which is precisely why I don't want to know the points/calories...

Right now it is a tall nonfat gingersnap latte which I never finish. I'm didn't know you could order a short. That's what I'm going to start doing.
BTW...I just got back from Target and they still don't have the diet 7-UP you are looking for in the 12 packs.

Thanks for looking at Target Cornelia!

Yes, the short is always an option even though they don't have the cups on display or the prices up. They just pull the cups out from under the counter!

And that right there is why I could never do WW, too many numbers...I hatez the numberz..

I'm liking tha pumpkin spice one right now. I usually drink my own coffee at home...much cheaper. Not as fun though

I'm a fan of plain non-fat latte's. Add some Splenda and it makes a great sweet treat for very low calories and fat. It's also a great way to get some calcium.

I usually sprinkle on lots of cinnamon for added flavor. Delicious!

Hmmm.....I think I need a Starbucks run now too!

I'm having to do the soy thing right now with Grant's allergy.... which is prob kiling me in points vs my usual nonfat options. My fav splurge is the peppermint mocha... yum! I used my ebates $ for 2 starbucks runs this wk! :)

I used to work at Starbucks and it is a great company, IMO. I mean I still drink it all the time....Haven't had it in a while but the Peppermint Mocha is awesome for a chilly morning or night. (I never get regular mochas though!) Also, the Cinnamon Dolce Latte is unbelievable! "They" tested tons of stuff to get a syrup that tastes just like a liquid cinnamon roll. And it does! BTW, those different flavors are all syrups so you can get them in anything you want!

Dry nonfat cappuccino for me. I don't like fru-fru coffee, I'm weird that way.

I had that full on salt caramel drink one time only and it was SO GOOD!!!!!!!

for me it's a grande soy, sug-free vanilla latte, xtra hot (it kills me to be both lactose intolerant AND diabetic!)- it's the only sugar free syrup that I've found that is just as good as the original and doesn't leave a weird chemically aftertaste...unless someone else knows of a good sugar-free syrup to try. I once did a sugar-free cinnamon dolce-yuck!!!
PS- Thanks for the tip on the pom 7-up- got the large 2-liter tonight- I don't usually drink soda, but it's yummy!

I love the salted caramel hot chocolate, but I found out you cannot make it a skinny, and it really has too many calories to be worth getting a lot! Makes me sad:(

I got a hot chocolate last night!!

Now, I want another one...lol, but that would involve getting up and driving to go get it. lol

Oh, man...I love the salted caramel!
Although the white hot chocolate is really good too. Maybe that one's not as bad for me...

DAMMIT. I have discovered the lurve of the Bucks in the morning. Too expensive and too fattening it has to stop.

I had a peppermint mocha someshit the other day and it was too good to describe.

the day before that I had a carmel apple something that was so good it was evil.

It has to stop. It's stopping. i stopped. Just now.
