I absolutely agree with this statement: "Fans of Gilmore Girls, Pokemon Go & You've Got Mail NEED to read Any Boy But You!" Julie Hammerle was a new author to me, but I adored her writing style and her characters were so fun! This was such an enjoyable read, touching on some more serious family issues, yet somehow still being lighthearted and cute. The online gaming app in the story was especially interesting to me- I think because I spend a lot of time with my 13 year old son play Pokemon Go! A great, clean teen romance!

My review: 5 Stars!

I often chose a book by the cover, and the cover what was first drew me to this book. So cute! Although I read a lot of adult romance, sometimes I need a sweet, fluffy YA novel to cleanse my palate. I adore sports romances, and I also find the fake romance trope enjoyable, and The Bad Boy Bargain had both and so much more.

Once I dove into the book, I found myself neglecting my long to-do list, which is a sign of a great book! I finished this in one afternoon and loved every little bit of it. Both Kyle and Faith were extremely likable, and the flow of the story was perfect. Although Amazon labels it as appropriate for 12+ and it is actually very tame romance-wise, I'd still recommend it for 16+. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more from Kendra Highley.
