Author Meghan Quinn always delivers the most hilarious, chaotic, and unique romance tales, and Rules for the Summer was am absolute hoot! I listened to the multi-cast audiobook narrated by Stella Hunter, Shane East, Cassandra Medcalf, and Gary Furlong, and I can't stress enough how often I literally laughed out loud. Main characters Renley and Theo's confused-mixed-up meet cute is perfection and side characters Aunt Kitty and Rupert both had personalities that were adorably quirky and their presence made the book even better. What a fun summer read!

My review: 4 stars!

I listened to an early audio copy of the audiobook and really enjoyed it! Sometimes marriage of convenience is a hard trope for me to visualize actually happening, but Wyatt and Aubree's marriage made total sense. It was nice to go back to Almond Bay (Hi Chewy Charles and welcome Chewy Chonda! Ha!) and catch up with characters from The Way I Hate Him. I adore small towns and the nosey little ladies that always live in them. The duet style narration by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter was fantastic and really brought the characters to life for me. The slow burn pace of this romance was just right for the storyline and the payoff was worth the wait.

Author Meghan Quinn always writes laugh out loud comedy and I am so here for it! Silas and Ollie were just so darn good together and the witty banter was *chef's kiss* fantastic. I love the Vancouver Agitators and was so glad to get more from Silas and his teammates. I also adored Ollie's best friend Ross- he was a delight! After reading the book, I immediately used a credit on Audible for the audiobook and so glad I did- Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter are SO GOOD!
