I don't get it either. My son is 5 and he knows who they are and thinks they are rock stars. We don't even watch that show (unless he sneaks it when I am sleeping in the middle of the night).
When I had the boys, I looked forward to watching the Disney Channel, but it has NOTHING for toddlers. It has Mickey's Playhouse and Handy Manny but the rest of all the schedule seems to be these teen comedy drama whatever shows. Well, it did make the Jonas Bros. huge! So it must have turned all its programming to the teen market after them and Hannah Montana!
My 3 1/2 year old daughter knows who Hannah Montana is. The funny part is that she's known her for at least a year if not longer. Her older siblings helped with that though.
