Oh that is great she can blow her nose. That would have sucked to take her to the ER for a rock up her nose. Hope you told her that rocks don't go in your nose only fingers:)

That is a bit weird about the Jingle Bells and all.

I love how they turned it into a positive. "Yeah, your kid is sticking things up her nose. But she's so talented with the Kleenex!!"

I feel for you, after Ana's play dough up the nose incident. We had a carrot piece up the nose the other day; thankfully she blew it out.

LMAO that they taped the rock to the page!

BTW...what is your fave foundation and blush these days? I think I need to change mine...it seems to wear off. (it's just L'oreal mineral)

Bless her heart. :)

At least she can blow her nose. Of all my tadpoles, 1 can just barely do it!

Oh, and as for Jingle Bells? It's NEVER too early to get started on Christmas songs! :)

Sounds like something my son would do.

WC leaves me speechless. But I want my boys to go to a school that makes a positive out of a near trip to the hospital to surgically remove a rock!

My father once had to take me to the ER to have a bead removed from my nose. Thank God he didn't save it(that's gross). Very funny though.

My son stuck a rock up his nose, and the doctor couldn't get it out. He was schedule for ear tubes the following week, so they had to get it out while he was under anesthesia and while they had the right tools, etc. So now 12 years later, we still tease him about the rock that had to be surgically removed from his nose!

Those ECE girls know how to put a positive swing on anything.

I LOVE how they saved it! I think that there should have it's own scrapbook page.

That's fantastic. Like others, I'm wondering why they felt the need to tape the rock to the note...did they think you wanted a souvenir??? :D

I can't believe they saved the rock for you! And jingle bells on October first is WAY too soon!

I can't believe they saved the rock!
Glad she was able to blow it out.

My 9 year old son had tubes put in his hears last year - and there was a small complication - they had to remove a small obstruction from his ear - a popcorn kernal!

He swears that he never stuck anything in his ear... but he said that he did remember sticking one up his nose!??!?!

I'm not sure if that's even possible - but needless to say, his hearing dramatically improved!!

They probably figured you wanted to save that rock along with her umbilical stump and baby teeth.

As for the Jingle Bells, maybe we need to track down Mrs. Stonecipher and have her teach them some Halloween carols... "Rock this Halloween", anyone?

When SS#1 was in kindergarten, he got a peanut stuck up his nose. Took us almost as long to figure out exactly what it was as it did to get it out of his nose. Also, as a former music teacher, I have to say that we started practicing Christmas music in late September/early October every year. Sad, I know.

Omg, that is too funny! Love their sense of humour! DD stuck a piece of cat food up her nose... good times!

Diet Coke just came out of MY nose because I was laughing so hard about Jingle Bells.

Son #2 here stuck a bean from "Don't Spill the Beans" up his nose. He wouldn't blow it out until we told him he had to go to the doctor to have it removed. That sucker flew halfway across the room.
