Amy Daws is a one-click author for me- I have loved her Harris Brothers series and have been looking forward to reading Gareth's story- which is so important and big that it took 2 books (a duet) to tell the story! I knew that Gareth was quite a serious guy, and assumed his story would be serious and deep as well, but I was unprepared for the journey that Daws took me on. What an emotional roller coaster! Gareth made me swoon, Sloan's story made me ache, and they were so good together! Absolutely just what each other needed. Be warned that this book, book 1 of the duet, ends on a major cliff hanger, but I think in the end it will all be worth the angst and waiting. Cannot wait to read Dominate, out August 2nd.
