What an emotional second chance romance! I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't put Only Him down- it was so good! It was a bit of a roller coaster but so worth the ride. Maren and Dallas had such a connection, even years later. Their chemistry was undeniable and intense.

My review: 5 stars!

Tara Sivec is the queen of what I call absurd romantic comedy, and In Bed with the Beast is my favorite of all her novels! She does hilarious so well! Opposites attract can be such a fun trope and Belle and Beast fit this mold perfectly. I adore how she ties in the princess stories in this series- Belle's last name is Reading and Beast's nickname suits him quite well. And what's in the mysterious room he keeps locked? It's all so good! Absolutely delightful.

What a fun book! A sassy school librarian and a hot nerdy history teacher? Yes please! Adriana Locke has a great thing going with her Gibson Boys series- as I hoped it would after reading Crank (Book 1), Craft hit the spot for a fun, fast, flirty read. I LOVED Lance and Mariah separately and together too- they fit so well together and their banter and antics were hilarious. And please give me more Nana! What a hoot! Looking forward to the next Gibson Boys book! 

Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott did an amazing job with the narration and it's done DUET STYLE! I adore this style and think it adds so much to the experience. 

Here's a quick definition of the two different styles of multiple character narrations.

Duet narration = narrators alternating reading the male and female parts in a chapter.
Dual narration = narrators reading entire POV chapters.

My review: 4 stars!

What a fun book! I was in the mood for an entertaining and steamy yet light-hearted read, and I Flipping Love You was just perfect. Rian and her twin Marley were a hoot, and from the opening grocery store scene I absolutely loved them. And Pierce - *fans face* - what a great H! He's so well-suited for Rian and their witty banter is fabulous. Although this is Book 3 in the Shacking Up Series, I have to admit I didn't even realize that until I was almost done- it reads *so well* as a standalone. I'm excited, though, to go back and read the first two books.

I hope  at some point I find myself reviewing Book 10 of the True North Series, it's just that good! Speakeasy (#5) was such a great take on the "no one has to know" relationship- but with some twists that made for great reading. May's bi-sexuality and alcoholism, Alec's barkeep profession and goofy, non-serious personality- who knew they would work so well together? Turned out they were just what each other needed. It's always fun to sit down at the Shipley dinner table, and what fun this was to see some of the Rossi family right there with them. The chemistry between May and Alec was great and they were just so *fun* together. I found the characters to be well developed and so likable. Although Speakeasy can be read as a standalone, Bowen's Tuxbury is so delightful, I'd suggest a long visit starting with Book 1 - Bittersweet.

My review: 5 stars!
I loved meeting the Gibson Boys in Crank, which was released last fall, and I was so excited that the author treated us to another guy from that crowd of rowdy boys in Cross. I devoured it! Cross was a fabulous second chance romance set in a small town that doesn't sound too different from the little town I grew up in. Kallie and Cross came across as so real, and even though this was a novella, the characters felt well-developed to me. These two had immediate off-the-charts chemistry, even after many years apart. I also adored getting to meet Kallie's mom- she was so sweet and charming. Can't wait to get to know Kallie and Cross better in future Gibson Boys novels. This series is definitely one of my favorites!

Hayden made me swoon HARD. What's not to love? He's pretty much perfect. Adalyn's spunky personality was fun and I adored their witty banter and magical connection. I loved the slow burn of their romance- the waiting was killing me almost as much as it was them! Quinn's trademark hilarious writing was spot on as usual. What a great book to end the Dating By Numbers series! Although it would read great as a standalone, it was super fun to get to read more about some of the events in Quinn's other books- so neat how it all ties together. And after reading it all, I'm #TeamJock.

What a great book to end the Dating By Numbers series! Although it would read great as a standalone, it was super fun to get to read more about some of the events in Quinn's other books- so neat how it all ties together. And after reading it all, I'm #TeamJock.

Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
