Nothing But It All was SO REAL! I myself have been married almost 25 years and have found that marriage is truly a journey. Kids, job pressures, elderly parents- I could relate to everything in this book. Jack and Lauren's story was so realistic and relatable. I felt it all- I was broken for them at the beginning of the book, and cheered for them as they worked through their issues. Narrators Amy Hall and Ryan Duncan were new to me, but their performances were nothing short of fantastic.

My review: 4.5 stars

I don't know how she does it, but Meghan Quinn and take a trope like marriage in trouble and still have me laughing! Yes, there were deep moments (I even got teary!), but the way she alternated between present day and the past allowed those lighter, super funny moments to shine. I loved Myla and Ryot so much and was rooting for them all along. Although this books stands alone just fine, it was great to catch up with characters from her Cane brothers series, and since Ryot played for the Chicago Bobbies, we got some baseball thrown in as well (my favorite!). Looking forward to Quinn's next release!
