New Release Review: Bad Boy Era by Amy Daws

Bad Boy Era: A Best Friend’s Twin Brother Small Town Sports Romance (Mountain Men Matchmaker, 4)Bad Boy Era: A Best Friend’s Twin Brother Small Town Sports Romance by Amy Daws
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have been so excited for matchmaker Everly's book! Grumpy/sunshine is one of my favorite tropes, and Conri (Wolf) was a textbook grumpy hero and I was here for it. I loved catching up with the entire Fletcher family and seeing all the brothers get their HEA was a delight. I listened to the audiobook, narrated by a full cast that included fan favorites Erin Mallon, Connor Crais, Emma Wilder, and Teddy Hamilton and enjoyed it so much!

💙💙💙

Addison “Roe” Monroe needs to be married to inherit her father’s lumberyard, so she decides she’s going on a husband hunt at the local lumberjack competition.

Her best friend, Luke Fletcher can’t stomach watching Roe hitch her wagon to some hulking ax wielder who might be a serial killer. So he’s decided to do whatever it takes to get her to marry him instead…even if that means becoming a lumberjack himself.

On the surface, he's offering a marriage of convenience.

But secretly, Luke is hoping for a chance at forever.

My review: 4 stars

I have really enjoyed this series so much- each Fletcher man is a catch! Friends to lovers is a favorite trope of mine, and Luke and Roe's story was so fun! I loved seeing how the other wives took Addison "Roe" in and how much being a part of their family meant to her- it was amazingly sweet. I listened to the audiobook and narrators Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton's performances were top-notch. And now I am so ready for Everly's book!
