My first impressions were that these wipes felt so soft and smelled so good! They have a faint green apple smell that reminds me of my college days of wearing Bath & Body Works Country Apple. I do wear quite a bit of makeup, but I did find that one wipe actually did a pretty good job removing most of it, but left some mascara behind. I used a second wipe to make sure any remaining makeup was removed.

I found that these left a bit of residue behind, which was a little hard for me to leave alone. I guess I'm just used to that squeaky clean feel! I think someone with drier skin than mine might like this feature, but I couldn't resist giving my face a pass with a damp washcloth to get that residue off. I definitely used less water than I normally do when washing my face though.

I don't think these will change the way I wash my makeup off, but these will be great for times when washing with water isn't an option. They will be *perfect* for my daughter's theatre bag to help her cleanse off her makeup after a production. She has a role in our local children's theatre production of Dear Edwina Jr. coming up so I have already put my package in her bag. Since she is young, I love that these wipes are free of harsh chemicals.

Review: Reese's Spreads Peanut Butter Chocolate

I was so excited to be chosen by Influenster to get to try Reese's Spread Peanut Butter Chocolate! The main reason? It's gluten free! Since finding out I have Celiac Disease in 2013, I have been so glad that the regular Reese's Cups are safe because they have always been on my favorite candy bar list, but a bit disappointed that the holiday offerings like trees, hearts and eggs aren't safe since they are made in a facility that processes products with gluten.

But this spread? Totally on the safe list! And it's so yummy! My daughter said, "It's basically a Reese's Cup all smashed and blended together!" She is so right.

And there are so many serving options and pairings. Reese's Spread Peanut Butter Chocolate is yummy on salty things like pretzles and crackers, and equally good on healthier options like apples and strawberries.

But our fave? Served simply on a spoon. Yum!

Breyers Gelato Indulgences
The best thing, of course, was the coupon for a free container of Breyers Gelato Indulgences. Although the Gelato flavors are *not* gluten free (tear), Breyers does have a whole list of over 30 GF flavors! Yay!

I picked up the Triple Chocolate flavor and the kids wasted no time in diving in. They absolutely loved it!

This went straight in my purse. Puff Plus Lotion is already our tissue of choice- they are so soft and the added lotion (which somehow doesn't make them greasy at all) makes them feel so much better when your nose is a bit raw during a cold.

Neosporin Neo To Go!
We are headed out of town soon for a trip that will involve some hiking and exploring, so I am also putting the Neo To Go! in my purse. How handy this will be! It's specially designed to be easy to use- with just one hand you can easily spray this first aid antiseptic pain relieving spray just where you need it. Poor Reese is always skinning her knee and needing a Band-Aid, so I KNOW we will use this.

J'Adore VoxBox and Peanut Butter Blossoms

 

I was excited to be chose to receive the J'Adore VoxBox from Influenster! There was some really fun stuff in there, but I bet you know what my favorite was..... the Hershey Kisses! I knew I could make my family very very happy by making them their favorite treat, Peanut Butter Blossoms!

 

If you haven't made them before, they are super easy!

 

You just need a peanut butter cookie mix (note that I did NOT use the snack size because I knew my family would be hungrier than that!) prepared based on the ingredients on the back. Create 1 inch balls and bake as directed. Some people roll them in sugar before they bake them, but it's no necessary- they are sweet enough as is.

Right when you take them out of the oven, be ready to press down an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the middle of each cookie.

Here's my final product! Of course they were eaten super-fast. Next time I'm going to use a gluten free cookie recipe so I can join in too.

When I read the product stats, it was interesting to see that 36% of what you remove when shaving is SKIN! Since I do share under my arms every day, that's quite a bit of skin I'm losing.
