It's such an emotional story, full of ups and downs, and I will admit that I totally didn't figure out the twist at the end until right before it happened. I am on the edge of my seat and CANNOT wait for part 2 of the duet!

This book has the potential to be a great start for a new series- all the side characters are amazing too, so PLEASE tell me there will be more with this group! Absolutely flew through this one- so enjoyable and hard to put down. A must read!

Cocky Client is a super fun and fast read! Whitney G. is one of my go-to authors and I have loved this novella series! The chemistry between Ryan and Penelope is off the charts and the dialog is PERFECT. These two are great together!

Whitney says it best: "Full Disclaimer: This is a NOVELLA. It is super short, super quick, and super to the point. And that point is, alpha male hero + feisty heroine = hot sex. That is it. That is all. No lengthy plot will be found here. :-)

If you're not into novellas or if you're looking to read something longer with an actual plot + character development, by all means, ignore Cocky Client and read Aly Martinez's The Darkest Sunrise because that story is amazing (Cliffhanger, but amazing). (It also has a plot and shares the same release day :-) )"
