- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce of choice (we like Prego Three Cheese)
- 1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg
- Italian seasoning (I use 6 tbsp Homemade Gourmet's Italian Mozzarella Mix, but I think any Italian seasoning mixed with with crushed up crackers would do)

WFD? Muffin Tin Meatloafs
Tonight we are having Muffin Tin Italian Meatloafs for dinner. This is definitely one of my husband's favorite meals and we haven't had this in a while.

That looks good! Wish I was a meatloaf lover ....
I'm making those this weekend! I looked in the freezer tonight and thought "what the hell am I going to do with this ground meat? Tacos again?"
