Last night my husband made one of my most favorite things ever.... Frito Chili Pie.
Basically, it's Fritos on the bottom, chili poured over it (no beans!), then topped with shredded cheese and of course yellow mustard. The mustard is what makes it so good... I even added more after I took this pic because I didn't think he gave me enough!
I do think this is a regional thing and am not sure everyone eats this, so I'd love to hear from you. Have you had it? Do you eat it like we do?
Not sure where you're from but I'm from Texas. I love Frito pies. When I was in high school, we'd get little bags of fritos with cheese and chili all poured in and eat it out of the bag! I don't think I've ever had it with mustard, might have to try this some time.
