    Great interview to you and Shannon!! Loved reading it and I'm so ready to run my a** off RIGHT now. or maybe do some pilates...I gotta do something. I'm looking thick through the middle girl!! I can't stand feeling this way any longer. After I eat that entire pizza that's in the oven, then I'll start my plan. :)he he
