It's NOT MRSA, it's just plan staph

Which seems like it would be good news, but that means we have been on the wrong antibiotic since Friday....

They'll see her at 2:50 and see if they can drain any of the blisters, or if they need to admit her.

Prayers please.

  9. Prayers sent your way (even if I am the evil one!) I'm hoping that new meds are all that are needed and she won't need to be admitted!

Thanks for wondering if I'm alive - as you can see, Evil doesn't die!!! :D We had our yearly vacay to see the stepmonsters and some issues have come up that I'm working through and trying to decide whether or not to blog about.......

  11. Thank God it's not MRSA... we had it last summer and it took close to 6 months to get rid of. It was NIGHTMARE!!!

Even though it's staph and not MRSA, I highly recommend washing everyone in the Hibiclens every few days and swabbing the inside of everyone's nose in the house twice a day with Mupirocin ointment... it'll kill the staph for good.

    Good luck girl.
